Post : Design Checker  - CRD/2453
Location : Pune
Qualification : B. E  with Design related training.
Experience : 15+ years.
Job description:

   - Performs comparative checks of Engineering Drawings and Models, of both
   components and assemblies, to work request instructions, marked prints,
   Customer  and Company standards.
   - Performs comparative checks of Bills of Material (BOM’s), for both
   Drawings and Models, for assemblies and dependant components.
   - Checks drawings, models and BOM’s for completeness and accuracy.
   - Perform GD&T analysis and/or checks as required for the above items.
   - Performs Engineering tolerance stack-up analysis and/or checks as
   required for the above items.
   - Advises Designers and/or Engineering of corrections required for
   any/all of the above.
   - Geometric Tolerance Stack-ups (Using CAD system geometry)
   - Numerical Tolerance Stack-ups (using spread sheets preferred)
   - Knowledge of Unigraphics, Catia or SDRC-Ideas CAD system
   - Project Planning Skills
   - Blueprint reading/interpretation
   - Customer modeling and drawing standards
   - Knowledge of ASME and ANSI industry standards and symbology

Desired Skills

   -  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and excellent English
   language oral and written communication skills.
