Job Description:

- Knowledge of EPABX Operations.
- Experience of MS Word / Excel
- To attend tele incoming calls.
- To attend EPABX inter department calls transfer.
- To counsel students
- To attend visitors
- Typing work on computer given by higher officials.
- Maintaining Time Register.
- Maintaining Leave Registers of Students.
- Receipt and dispatch of Dak from/to courier.
- Updation of Electronic Notice Board.
- Updation of Plastic letters Notice Board.
- Good Communication in English.
