o    Recruitment and Employee Selection

o    Grievance Handling

o    Employee Facilitation and welfare

o    Head Hunting and Talent Poaching

o    Induction and Orientation of employee

o    Career Management

o    Employee Record Maintenance

o    Develop Performance / Appraisal System

o    Trainee Intake

o    Event management

o   Resource Management

o   Change Management : Suggest better changes in Work Culture/Policies/ Environment for the organization

o   Competition Research:  Know other company HR Policy, Salary structure, Employee benefit, working policy, make network to other company HR person, etc.

o   Developmental Activities for Organization 

Jr. HR Officer Job Profile:  Exp: 1.5+ years  

o    Vacancy Management:  Resume screening and down loading, Calling, Conduct Interview, Resume data base maintenance.

o     Employee Record Maintenance: Prepare new employee file, employee banking, manage employee document, Employee Pay roll, Employee Welfare, new employee reference check

o    Head Hunting and Talent Poaching

o    Event management: Festival celebration, Picnic , Sports,

Qualification          :   Any 

Location                :   Baroda 

Job Type               :   Full time 

Joining Time          :  As early as possible
