Position : IT Business Analyst - CRD/2321
Location : Pune
Qualifications & Experience : B.E. Computer / IT / BCS / BCA / BSC
(Computer Science) / MCA / MCS / MSC (Computer Science) OR Degree in
Electronics with minimum 3 years demonstrated project management
experience.

- Prosses sound knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning tools,
Material Resource Planning tools, Relational Database systems, systems
development cycle methodology.
- Ability to read the business requirement and identify change factor
that has originality and ingenuity.

Job Description :

- Co-develop business / operation processes and provide process
evaluation and justification report to IT Manager.
- Evaluating and analyzing computerised systems request for both new
and existing computer system. Provide business impact analysis to core
project team and IT Manager.
- Develop new system analysis report for justification. Details
requirements and new systems' specification and flowchart.
- Co-develop test data, method and procedure for new systems
testing. Document test result, evaluate and benchmark with implementation
data.
- Coordinate new systems testing and give approval to systems
implementation.
- Develop system implementation plan by define timelines, resources,
budgets and activities.
- Liaise with corporate development team to define priority, resource
availability and standard of implementation.
- Conduct business / operation process study.
- Analyzes alternatives for processes / systems computerisation and
re-engineering in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of the
processes / systems.
- Define system development' s scope and definition. Ensure
development efficiency and integrity.
- Responsible for the exercsion of full system implementation cycle's
activities.
