Position: IT Recruiter & Resource Manager
Positions: 4
Experience: 3 - 4 Yrs (Must)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute hands-on recruiting programs.
• Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings.
• Actively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment vehicles including traditional head hunting, cold calling, industry networking, internet job boards and local alumni
organizations to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
• Pre-screen resumes and evaluate effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
• Document candidate evaluation and interview process.
• Negotiate and support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
• Conduct employment background checks.
• Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment campaigns.
Candidate Profile: Graduate with 4-6 yrs exp in similar role with a good Consulting organization, very good work ethics & excellent communication in Eng. 5 days a week.
