Position : Manufacturing Engineer - CRD/2336
Location : Pune
Qualifications : Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in high volume, automated and
technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies or in a
similar capacity..
Job Description :

- Experience in high volume production and automated manufacturing
environment.
- Experience in SMT environment trouble shooting knowledge.
- Responsible for leading the Process Tech to define and maintain
efficient manufacturing process and minimum process downtime to produce
products that meet Company customer requirements .
- To supervises subordinates and identify training needs.
- To improve yield through updates/changes/ retrofit of
equipments/processe s.
- Involve in day to day production sustaining.
- To maintain a through knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA
to meet company's goals.
- To adapt effective advanced manufacturing technologies and apply them.
- To continuously improve product cycle time by means of process and
equipment.
- To provide continuous improvement solution to the dedicated workcell.
- Study the Process standards and follow them.
- To define new product and ECN process flows .
- ECN Co-ordination with the customer and within the workcell.
- Develop process for new products and refine / improve current product
processes.
- Define , implement and document process quality measurement methods and
systems, monitor results for process control and quality improvements for
NPI as well as existing products.
- Provide DFM inputs to projects as appropriate
- Visual aids availability to production for new as well as existing
products
- Analysis of process downtime & improvement actions to minimize it.
