Our client is looking for talented Java professionals for their product development. The company has open positions for Java Tech Specialists (Exp: 5 -7 yrs).

Candidate needs to have good communication skills and academic background with Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate Degree holder /MCA / MCS / M Sc Computers.

Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Role : Java Tech Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
# Leadership
# Provide Technical leadership by Coaching/Mentoring team members with technical problems
# Functional Requirement mapping
# Understand product requirements and map them to software components.
# Non functional requirements
# Handle non functional requirements like Performance, scalability, security, etc.
# Design/Development
# Be Hands-on in Design, Development & Testing.
Development Processes
# Responsible for Source code control, build process, continuous integration, automated testing and other development processes/tools.

Tech Skills:
Basic: J2EE, JSP/Servlets, XML, Core Java

Additional Required skills: Java Portlets, XML, Web Services, SOA
Other Frame work: Struts, Hibernate
IDE: Development experience in Eclipse Environment.
Database: MySql is preferred. Any other is okay too.
Design Skills: Good knowledge of OOAD. Experience in any tool like Rational Rose, Enterprise Architect

Others:
* Experience and involvement in Open Source technologies from Apache, JBoss and Linux is nice to have.
* Quick learner of emerging open source technologies.
* Experience in any Portal Server like JBoss Portal, LifeRay is nice to have.
