We have positions for Technical Architects (.Net) for our client a US based software engineering services company (CMM Level 4) in Pune.

Job Title: .Net Architect.

Years of Experience: 8 years and above.

Candidate needs to have good communication skills and academic background with Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate Degree holder /MCA / MCS / M Sc Computers.

Salary will not be a constraint for a potential candidate.

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Essential Skills:
* Experience of analysis, Architecture, design, development
and implementation of large-scale OO applications
* Strong development experience with the following is required:
C#, ASP.NET , .NET framework, ADO.NET and libraries
MS SQL Server 7.0 / 2000 , Oracle 9i / 10g
Advanced JavaScript techniques ,XML, Web Services,
NUnit, integrated builds
* Good grasp of:
Design Patterns, Refactoring and unit testing,
Regressions, Code versioning mechanisms.
* Knowledge of agile framework such as Extreme
Programming (XP), TDD will be considered a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

Leadership experience in:
* Assessing technical skill levels
* Estimation, Task allocations
* Directing teams in specific project activities
* Outstanding written and oral communication skill
