1. Software Testers/Leaders: (Automation)

Years of Experience: 3-6 yrs

Skill: QTP, Silk Test, Silk Performer, QC and Test Director,CMM process knowledge and orientation.
Experience on Silk Test is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have live work experience on silk test.

2. Software Developers/Leaders: C,C++, application development

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Skill: C, C++,COM/DCOM, ATL, application development experience for international projects, CMM process knowledge and orientation.

3. Technical Architect. .net

Years of Experience: 8 years and above.

Essential Skills:

-Experience of analysis, Architecture, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications.

Strong development experience with the following is required:
-C#, ASP.NET , .NET framework, ADO.NET and libraries, MS SQL Server 7.0 / 2000 , Oracle 9i / 10g, Advanced JavaScript techniques ,XML, Web Services,NUnit, integrated builds

Good grasp of:
-Design Patterns, Refactoring and unit testing,
-Regressions, Code versioning mechanisms.
-Knowledge of agile framework such as Extreme Programming (XP), TDD will be considered a plus.
-Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
