Qualification : Any Graduate.
Experience : 1 to 3 years experience.
Job description :

- Should have experience of handling incoming and outgoing calls and handle
customers on phone as well as on desk.
- Should be responsible for solving customer's problems & queries on
phone as well as on Desk.
- Should be able to handle the Front Office, EPABX, Customer
coordination, stationery, Travel booking
- Should handle the incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Should maintain official & personal files
- Should handle the walk-in customers, vendors, visitors, etc.
