Qualifications : BSc / BCom/ BA or any other Graduate
Experience : 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales Support, Process Support,
Sales Co-ordination function looking after Sales Ordering, Logistics,
Factory Co-ordination, Customer Co-ordination, Marketing or Sales Support.
Reporting line:  General Manager - South India, Business Unit Head STC

Job Description :

The incumbent would be responsible for,

Order Support Function

   - Support for processing of orders on HO, Factories.
   - Co-ordination with Area Office, Head Office, Factories, for Order
   processing, Order Documentation, Deliveries, Shipping and Logistics, etc
   - Tracking of Deliveries, Shipping Documents, and Revenue
   - Maintaining and Updating Order records

MIS Support Function

   - Updating market information and Report Generation on Monthly basis for
   New Enquiries, Order        Won-Lost, Market Share information, Monthly
   Forecasts
   - Marketing Support for Presentations, Exhibitions, Seminars.
   - Customer Database Management
   - Installation Database Management
