Qualifications : B.E.(Electrical / Electronics)
Experience : 8 to 15 years of experience in the electronics
manufacturing industry.
Job Description :

- Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 10 or more
years of experience and 3 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of
various levels of testing (ICT, Functional, ESS, System Level) and of the
entire process flow for PCB integration and System Integration.
- Knowledge of electronics hardware (Computers, Networking, Optics, RF,
Power, DSP) and computer software (Assembly, C, LabWindows/CVI, LabView,
Database).
- Candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership,
business analysis, process development, administration, and change
management.
- Ability to work and travel based on specific job requirements.
- Offer professional development opportunities to staff members. Identify
and prepare career development plans and assist in setting quarterly goals.
Create succession plans for Test Management positions. Provide professional
support and direction.
- Establish clear and measurable goals by which to determine individual
and team results. Drive individuals to continuously improve in key
operational metrics.
- Solicit feedback from key team members on individual contribution.
Evaluate individuals professionally and on time. Ensure recognition and
rewards are distributed fairly and consistently.
