Job Description - Recruit, train and develop group of agents/advisors.
Handle and motivate the team to help sell life insurance products.

Desired Profile - Graduates or MBA's with minimum 5 to 15 years of
experience in Sales with good communication and motivating skills.

Remuneration - Rupees 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 (per annum) + Business
Development Allowances + 2% to 4% Incentives on sale
