- 3-4 Years of experience with knowledge of Telco OSS Systems
- Telco experience related to inventory management, special circuits, IOF, TIRKS, etc.
- Prior experience with MetaSolv Migration Tool (MMT) converting data into M6 from TIRKS or other OSS Systems
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL, troubleshooting, data analysis
