We are looking for Technical Architect (C#, .NET 8+yrs) with excellent academics for an ODC of a US based healthcare product Development Company.

This company is a product company and very stable, not affected by recent recession in USA as it is in healthcare domain.

Providing consulting services, training, and the software suites which also delivers complete clinical and business solutions for heart centers.

Job Title: Technical Architect

Experience: 8+ Yrs.
(Minimum 2 years in the Product Development space, .NET, preferably C#,)

Job Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)

Skills:
Strong development experience with the following is required:
• C#, ASP.NET , .NET framework, ADO.NET and libraries, MS SQL Server, JavaScript techniques, XML, Web Services, NUnit, integrated builds at least one project involving, Silverlight, WPF, WCF and .NET 3.5, .NET MVC, etc
• Good grasp of: Architecture Process, Design Patterns, Code Reviews, Refactoring and Unit testing, Regressions, Code versioning mechanisms.
• Knowledge of agile framework such as Extreme Programming (XP), TDD-(test driven development) will be considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

Leadership experience in:
• Assessing technical skill levels
• Technical Complexity Estimation
• Providing Technology Direction/Guidance to project teams
• Outstanding written and oral communication skill
• Should be able to guide multiple project teams simultaneously and work as Technical Evangelist to explore and institutionalize emerging technologies, tools and best practices
