Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Program Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Rate: $75/hr

Requirement Information:

Required Education
(PHD, Masters, Bachelors) Bachelors minimum and anything higher is value-add

Must have minimum of 6-8 years Project Mgmt experience and optionally prefer at least 2-5 years of managing Programs

Required Certifications
Nothing specifically required but any of these preferred: PgMP, PMP, Six Sigma belts, Software methodologies like RUP, AGILE, etc

Required Technical Skills
(Application knowledge, development tools, processes or methodologies)
Experience managing iMany implementations or implementations involving Revenue Management implementations. They consist of products for managing chargebacks, rebates, government pricing, Medicaid rebates, and data validation. The other main player in this market is ModelN. If they do not have experience in this are they must be a Senior PM that has managed multi-million dollar software implementations that have involved several workstreams.

Required Soft Skills
(Oral or Written Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Initiative)
MUST BE POLISHED. EXTREMELY STRONG FOCUS FROM THE BUSINESS TO FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN MANAGE THE TEAM AND ALSO GET ALONG – BE THE RIGHT FIT.

Need strong leader to manage 7+million dollar program. Good oral and written communication skills, collaborative, team player. Must be able to drive the program forward but work collaboratively with team.

Duties & Responsibilities- % Time
Managing project governance, resources, presentations, managing business stakeholders, working with internal IT teams including business analysts, enterprise architecture, IT, Relationship Mgmt, meeting facilitation, status reporting, issue mgmt, risk mgmt, project communications. Will manage 5-10 project team leads. - 70%

Managing Project budget - 10%

Program roadmap, program/project scope - 20%
